  1. Greetings ! I got different kinds of pearls, colors ones, but I’m not sure if they are real or not. Can you help out . I need to know if they are real or not.
    Thank you!

  2. The pearl in my 18k gold ring has lost the luster on the top half. I bumped it on a hard surface and it seems like the luster peeled away. Can it be fixed to its original luster

    1. Hi Margy!

Oh no!! Without taking a look, it’s tough to say, but it sounds like you may have peeled off one of the layers of nacre, the material the pearl is made from. Depending on how deeply it was chipped, it may be possible to polish the pearl to improve the appearance, but it’s unlikely to be restored to its original shine.

If you’d like, you can send us some photos at customercare@pearlsinternational.com and we can give you a better idea of your options.

  3. Hello form Utah!
I have been able to purchase earrings and a bracelet from you all at your booth at the big time share in Daytona.
I am looking for a simple, single black or brown pearl necklace, like 14-16 inch chain.
Would you have any suggestions to send me pictures of?
    Thanks!
    Sara Angle

  4. Hello I am interested in bidding on a previously owned large freeform baroque pearl ring but the description mentions “pearls are coated” and then under condition: “pearl coating is wearing off”. Would you help me decipher what this means
    please!? Thank you!
