How to Return an Item to Pearls International

It’s not you, it’s me.

If your pearls weren’t love at first sight, it’s ok, you can still be just friends.

With Pearls International’s insanely cool 30-day Return Policy, you can return your purchase and we’ll give you a full refund or exchange your item for something else.  You only have to be responsible for return shipping!

Here’s how to do it:

Place your item (in original condition), with the receipt, in a sturdy shipping box. Make sure the item won’t rattle around by adding some packing fluff.

Fill out the Return or Exchange Form on this website by clicking here: print Return/Exchange Form, or if you don’t want to exchange your items, just include a piece of paper with your first and last name, phone number, address and email clearly written.  Read the Pearls International Privacy Policy to find out how we keep your information safe.

Tape the box shut and make sure you haven’t inadvertently included your keys, wallet, cell phone, etc. with your shipment –(you would be surprised how often this happens!) and mail the box to:
