Pearls International is proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our jewelry.  If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, just send it back in its original condition within thirty (30) days, along with your receipt.  We’ll refund or exchange it for you, no questions asked. Easy Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns

Pearls International offers a 30-day money-back return!  Sometimes it just doesn’t work, and we understand.  We want you to come back to us again and not be fussy about whatever went wrong.  We want to work with you and get it right. After all, our best ads are happy customers!

During the Holidays, Pearls International extends its 30 day return to 60 days!  To make your holiday shopping stress-free, all orders placed after November 15 are returnable until January 15.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your new item for something else, you are welcome to do that, too.  We want you to be deliriously happy with everything you purchase from Pearls International!  If you don’t wear it, you won’t get the compliments.  If you don’t get the compliments, you won’t mention us to your friends.  But when we get it right, all your friends will know about us because your Pearls International jewelry will make you glow!

One-Year Warranty on Workmanship

Pearls International offers a one-year warranty on the craftsmanship of our jewelry.  We carefully finish each piece by hand, one-at-a-time in our shop in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida.  We check all the details to make sure every piece meets our high standards.  If you discover a defect in your jewelry, we will replace or repair it at no charge.

Our one-year warranty is considered void only when an item from Pearls International has been modified by the customer or another jeweler.

Ring Sizing Policy

We offer ring resizing on eligible rings purchased from Pearls International and other vendors. Sizing costs vary depending on the size of the ring, type of metal, width of the band, and stones in the ring. Ring sizings are not done while you wait, but we will be happy to ship an item to you if needed. Please contact a Pearls International Customer Care representative for any questions regarding ring sizes.

Rush-ordered rings are available only in sizes we have in-stock. However, any Sterling silver ring you purchase from Pearls International is eligible for discount ring sizing with 30 days of purchase. Discount ring sizing is $20 and available on Pearls International Sterling silver rings purchased within 30 days only. Exclusions may apply.

Don’t know your ring size?  Just print out our handy-dandy Pearls International Ring Sizer and you will have a pretty good idea! Pearls International cannot be held responsible for sizing problems due to improper use of the Ring Sizer or if you do not provide the correct size.

Free Standard Shipping Policy

Qualifying Orders

Pearls International ships directly from our store in Daytona Beach, Florida!  Currently we offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $99 or more.  Some expedited delivery requests may require an additional charge. We source our pearls from all over the world, however, we do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States or Canada.  If you live outside the United States, we would be happy to send your order to your U.S.-based forwarding agent,  or contact us to make other arrangements.

Delays

We do our best to ship your orders as soon as humanly possible, but there may be a delay if your order requires customization or if you place your order on a day that the office is closed.  Call us to request special express delivery and we will do everything we can to make your deadline!

Gift Card Policy

Pearls International Gift Cards allow you to give a special person a one-of-a-kind gift they’re sure to love!

Pearls International Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise purchased on this website or in any Pearls International store. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for more gift cards, reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account. Pearls International is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Transparent Pricing Policy

Price Fluctuations

All Pearls International pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value.  These prices fluctuate from time to time, which are sometimes reflected in changes in our jewelry prices. Pearls International consistently offers competitive prices on all items, however, because they are based on the latest market gem and precious metal values, Pearls International’s prices may fluctuate accordingly.  All sales prices are final and Pearls International does not price-match.

Two-Week Price Reservation

Customers may request a free two-week price reservation by calling Pearls International Customer Care at 386.767.3473. Pearls International does not allow comparison shopping.

Financing

While we do not currently offer financing, layaway is available by phone order or in store. Our layaway policy is laid out here.

Product Availability

All products on this site are subject to availability.  When an item is being restocked or is back-ordered, we will usually remove it from the site until we have the product available, however, you may on occasion find something on the site that is not actually available at the time.  If so, we will contact you via email to let you know the situation.  Usually, it will not take long to manufacture the item you want and we will be happy to send it to you on a delayed basis.

Special Offers and Coupons Policy

Pearls International promotions are not combinable with other promotions or discounts including vouchers and coupons.  Many of Pearls Internationals’ coupons are undated so that they are good anytime, and they can be used on our website as well in the shop.  If you are ordering on the website, just use the discount code you find on your coupon!  Coupons and vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

The products depicted on this website are representative of the Pearls International collection, though not all Pearls International products are shown on this site.  Also, the styles, designs and colors of the Pearls International products shown may change from time to time.
